Terms and Conditions

Billing Information:

 

More Than a Lesson, Performing Arts Company currently offers weekly lessons to all students. We require that each student take a minimum of two sessions per month for consistency of progress. All payments are billed monthly and due on the 1st of each month. Our calendar is evenly balanced to make sure that students are getting the adequate amount of lessons each semester. 

*We require a one month written notice in the event that you are no longer able to take lessons with us. If notice is not received, you will be charged regular tuition for the following month*

A 48 hour notice is required if you have to cancel any of your private sessions. If we do not receive a 48 hour notice, your session will not be rescheduled. There are no make up classes for students who miss a group lesson.

*Private students are allowed up to 2 make up lessons per semester*

*Low income families may qualify for sibling discount if more than one student takes lessons inside the home within the same time frame*

$15 dollar late fee for payments made after the 5th of the month.

 

Registration and Refund Policy

 

Registration will not be complete until full payment is received. Annual Registration Fees are Non Refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges after a class or club is paid. There will be no refunds permitted if a child misses a class or if a class is cancelled due to inclement weather. More Than a Lesson, Performing Arts LLC reserves the right to change these policies at any time.
